Re: Laid back place to shoot
You need a motorcycle with a trunk, if you are referring to having the firearm secured in the trunk. But knowing NJ "leaders" I guess that kind of trunk is not a trunk?
Meanwhile, I'm think that a weekend is not the best days to hope for sparse use of ranges.

Re: Laid back place to shoot
Thanks for the replies so far.
I should have been a little more clear in my post.
I do have locking saddlebags on my bike and I do carry my handguns to the NJ ranges on my bike, locked in a case, locked in the saddlebag with the ammo in a separate saddlebag. According to the lawyers and police I have asked about it I am legal to do this in NJ as long as I am going directly to and from the range in NJ. This means I cannot play golf and/or go for a long ride on the days when I want to shoot at the range.
My goal is to find a range somewhere within a few hours ride of nj so that I can head into PA for the day and during that day I could ride the bike , maybe play some golf (I have a mc golf bag carrier) and possibly spend some time at the range ... Basically just enjoy a day of recreational activities which may or may not include some range time. So -- just trying to find a range somewhere in the eastern half of PA, i'm open to paying by the day or possibly getting a membership if the range is good. I am an avid shooter and my schedule is flexible , not all my range days are weekends but I do prefer ranges that have less people.
I do not need any amenities other than the actual range itself.

Re: Laid back place to shoot
Well , I'm in SE PA , have a few motorcycles and a guest pass for my gun club. Maybe a bit more notice and we could arrange something.
I don't like riding into NJ , even without guns.I don't speak English , I talk American!
