I acquired some shims from a guy at the m14 forums but I forgot to put them on before I rocksett'd my flash hider on. The Buffertech recoil buffer is one of those thing that some users say is unneeded. I run one on my m1a. There's definitely less of a ker-lunk when suppressed, IMO.

That's sweet with that can on it! I have the loaded version for many years now. I have an aftermarket spring guide, from Tanks I think. Very stout. Im guessing a clover leaf is .5 moa. Very rare in this platform. At least in a sub 3 grand rifle. Congrats.
