Default LTCF up for renewal does Montco Sherriffs dept send renew letter?

So I am up for renewal on my LTCF in December and my question is does the Sherriffs dept send out renewal letters or do I just fill out a renewal form and head to Norristown courthouse?

They are supposed to send a renewal application.

    Bill

Bucks County is supposed to send a letter too. When I asked why I didn't get one, the woman said they simply don't have the time or manpower to put together all those letters each month, day, week, etc. So they don't and it's the LTCF holders responsibility to renew

I wish I could use that excuse.

I'll let Bucks County slide. They process in about 15 minutes.

While I do agree with you, the state also gives us a 6 month grace period after expiration and an affirmative defense to knock down a felony charge of concealing without a permit if caught after that.

All that said, why don't we join the other 11 states that have constitutional carry and relieve our sheriffs of this huge and costly burden?
