Has anyone ever explained to these people that it is forbidden under Federal law and has been for nearly 50 years for a felon or a mental incompetent of possess a firearm and for approx. 20 years for an a domestic abuser also? Especially a Toomey should l know this! If they really want to do something kick DOJ in the rump and start investigating, charging and imprisoning violators! BTW it is also a federal felony to supply a prohibited person with a firearm.
