I can't even come up with a scenario in my head where that makes any sense at all.

"Arm braces", sure... those can be used as intended and have been shown to be a workable solution for one-handed shooting.

Bump stocks? I'm not seeing it.
I almost wonder if they got the two devices mixed up. I mean the antis aren't the brightest bunch.

I asked that question on another board and was told there was a statement made about helping those with arthritis and other finger joint problems by the designer.

I don't know, I think it was more legit by simply following the law in regards to not having a mechanical device, blah blah blah... as confirmed in the lower portion of the letter.

The top portion, not so much.
