As someone who has formerly worked as a government contractor and was around these types of people all day every day, I can attest to the fact that a monumentally large percentage of them are total pieces of shit, IMO. I feel sorry for the ones who actually give a damn, because they are seriously in the minority.

So true.
After high school I worked in a five star hotel outside of Washington DC and a lot of congressmen/women would stay there.
90% of them were egotistical narcissists.
Really opened my eyes to our elected officials when I was starting out in life.
