    Default Iwi ace .308

Has anyone bought one yet and if so what are your impressions. I think it is a tough looking firearm that rear stock has to go. I was wondering if it is compliance with an ar style butt stock.

    Thanks,
    Joe

Appears to have a polygonal shaped stock tube. So no, a normal AR type stock will not work.
However, depending on the hinge mechanism you may be able to remove and replace with an after market hinge and a round AR extension tube.

I shot the 762x39 Galil last fall. Felt like a normal piston driven AK-type weapon to me, nothing that i couldn't live with out.
