You have posted that before. It may be true or it may not. I only know the PAFOA free. I can't be certain.

I don't disagree there may be a problem. I do disagree that his gun rights should be taken away.

    Well, consider some facts:

1). The feeling of "being offended" is entirely owned by the party with the feeling. Others cannot offend you - you can only feel offended.

2). Others are not responsible for, nor do they control, your feelings.

3). To be offended, one must impart some measure of importance, credibility or concern for the words/actions/deeds of a particular other. For example: if Obama called you a worthless loser, you are unlikely to take offense. But if your father calls you a worthless loser, you are typically more likely to take offense.

    Wow, I appreciate the responses.
    1) I haven’t had a drink in 126 days, and that will continue. And I’ve never smoked pot or any other drugs.
    2) They have all 3 happened in the recent past (within 5 years).
    3) Although it seems like I’m unfit for a firearm, my life has completely turned around (yes it took 3 DUI’s but the message finally got through).

I’m just looking to protect myself and family, to be an upstanding citizen that respects the constitution of this great country.

Knight answered your question (there’s a reason he’s admin). Welcome to the forum. Sorry about those other people.

I would say try to buy one, be honest on forms and see what happens. Apply any $$ savings from a lawyer towards a nice piece.

126 days may feel like a long time and time enough for change but it's not. Should you be prohibited for life......not in my opinion. 3 in just 5 says addiction. Take a deep breath work on you and maybe when you have your 2 or 3 year coin consider a firearm.
