Unless any of the DUI's had a max possible penalty that exceeded 2 years - technically you are OK.

PA 6105(c)(3) only prohibits PA law violations, and unlike other portions of PA's prohibited list - it does NOT have a clause including convictions of similar offenses in other states for the DUI prohibition. In fact, it is very specific on violations of which laws creates the prohibition.

    (c) Other persons.--In addition to any person who has been convicted of any offense listed under subsection (b), the following persons shall be subject to the prohibition of subsection (a):

    (3) A person who has been convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance as provided in 75 Pa.C.S. ß 3802 (relating to driving under influence of alcohol or controlled substance) or the former 75 Pa.C.S. ß 3731, on three or more separate occasions within a five-year period. For the purposes of this paragraph only, the prohibition of subsection (a) shall only apply to transfers or purchases of firearms after the third conviction.

I'm going to say hopefully not. It is so easy NOT to drink and drive. Try growing up before considering a gun.

I am going to be stereotyping here but I think the influence he was under may not have been alcohol. I base this on his user name..
    Some people just plain suck.

Touchť. However, it doesn't change my sentiment.

It is also easy not to troll and spew out personal attacks.

No qualms about judging somebody with 3 DUIs. 1 time you can chalk up to an honest mistake (maybe). But 3 times? Not buying it.

Perhaps I'm digging a hole for myself so I'll shut up now.

Tama's Drummer's Glove softens impact to the hands during playing and prevents sticks from slipping away from you. Not sure what I missed there.

Without a time frame and more details we can't really tell much. How long ago did these happen, how far apart?
