Fabrique National HP9 dates

Hi everyone! I just joined to try and learn what i can about a pistol i purchased. I have a very nice condition (88-93% is what i have been told by a few collectors) Fabrique National D'Armes De Guerre Herstal Belgique, Browning's Patent depose HP9 with low serial numbers (3350) and was wondering what some of you could possibly tell me about the time era it may have come from. I have had someone at the big show in Tulsa OK tell me that it could be a first year production with such a low humber on it. I have both matching mags for it as well. The stamps on the mags and bottom of the grip are LKG96 0245. I cant wait to see someof your replies. I saw another post about HP9s but thought i would post my own. BTW, It is a GREAT shooter and i have loved taking it to the range!
