Again, the Bill of Rights are only the enumeration or recognition of inherent rights. They are not giving us the right. So repeal all you want. You are not destroying the right, only the special mention of it.

I fully endorse his amendment, but with the following changes:

“A well regulated healthcare system not clogged like Michael Moore's arteries with ailing fatties, being helpful to the safety and security of a State in times of need, along with the strictly regulated right of the people to chow down on a limited number of slightly non-healthy food for sport and pleasure, with respect to the primary right of all people to be free from heart disease, this shall not be infringed.”

I also think he should get permission from his wife, ex-wife and any current lovers before buying a slice of pizza.
