Close to 1/10, possibly as much as 1/8, of all signups from day 1 have been spammers.

We've been closing off IP blocks from much of the world, and US IP blocks of proxies, server hosts, and cohosts. New signup would naturally diminish.

Then, you can only garner so many of a populous.

Then after that you can only discuss so much content before it becomes ad nauseam. ....if you're able to look up what has already been discussed, it doesn't get discussed again.
