Default New Kahr w/ range report...

I purchased my Kahr CW9 from Freedom Armory in York yesterday and today I got to take it to my range down here in Philly for the 200 round break in. This is the pistol I'll be carrying everyday as opposed to my 5" Kimber that you can also see in the pictures. The target was shot using 50 Remington UMC. Obviously shoots slightly to the left but pretty damn accurate for a 3.6" barrel.. I had zero problems with it during the entire time.. Not bad to shoot either considering it weighs nothing... Sooo here are the pictures...

Tony Luke's receipt from today... First time I've tried em... THEY SUCK!

My new spot for holding everything till I get the gun safe...

A fun shot I just took...

    Cool beans!

What's the difference between this model and the PM9? I've been hearing alot about the PM9 lately. Is it just that the CW9 is slightly bigger than the PM9?

PM9 is smaller, has a polygonal barrel, an extra magazine, a night sight option, more machining on the slide and a couple other money costing things.

    Here is a direct comparison.

You are correct in that the PM9 is smaller, however the link you provided for comparison is the CW9 vs P9 (not PM9) the P9 & CW9 are the same size with the CW getting the cost cutting measures.

Yup awesome pistols, My wife has one and it conceals so well you actually forget you are wearing it in just about any holster. It really is a great gun.
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.

Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

Sorry, was using the link for the manufacturing differences, not the model.

No Problem, using the words "direct comparison" you hadn't made that clear.

By the way, when I went shopping for a carry gun my main interest was a PM9 but after having one in my hands it was just too small so I got the CW9. I wish I would have sprung the extra few bucks for the P9 so I could have the option of night sites, which so far are not available for the CW9.
