    Looks interesting, but I wonder how many people will be willing to pay for it.

    May have a lot of amenities, but when many gun club memberships are $50-100 A YEAR in this area, $40-160 a month seems steep.

    Time will tell, but I hope they're successful for no other reason than to give people more options.
