Silencerco Maxim 50
Putting this out there in case you haven't seen it. I think Silencerco has a stroke of brilliance here, by making available sound suppression to a group of shooters that can use it, while dancing around the NFA, by permanently attaching a "sound moderator" to a device that is considered a nonfirearm by the BATF. https://www.shootingillustrated.com/...erco-maxim-50/

Re: Silencerco Maxim 50
I like the idea, but am not interested in owing one. First, it is simply a Traditions inline with the device permanently attached. Not a fan of Traditions. Secondly, an inline with a 1:28 twist is designed to shoot modern sabot slugs. With the device on the Maxim 50, you CAN NOT use a sabot that separates from the projectile. Cool idea, but not for me.
