Re: Pittsburgh Councilman Wants To Ban Guns In Parks
Not a bad idea, but I would expect him to get the exact same answer from the AG's office that I got back around 2000 when I sent a similar letter. They're response was that they don't get involved in local ordinance issues, basically a fuck off letter. That was with a Republican Governor and AG, I wouldn't expect better treatment from the current assholes in office.

Someone needs to send him a copy of the settlement against Philly for the same issue. I'm sure once they see how many millions it will cost them they will reverse their stance.

They know or, find out shortly after opening their pie hole what the real deal is.. but it is all about getting their zombies to think they are actually doing something so they will vote for them again next time.

We're talking about human beings, complete with faults, foibles, desires, and pick any emotion you want. We're not talking about preprogrammed automatons. Without people being people we wouldn't have Darwin Awards.

Re: Pittsburgh Councilman Wants To Ban Guns In Parks
that brings up an idea I had, I'd love to see a woman show up to counter protest anti-freedom with a sign that reads: "MY BODY, MY Choice, Keep your hands off my right to self-preservation". Of course a guy could do it, but I don't think it'd have the same impact. I think it'd send more than one "Progressive" regressive's head into a spin.
