    Yep, Erie, Pa. had a law like that. It was thrown out by the courts eventually, as a local law cannot supersede state law on guns.

    Pittsburgh already has a few "gun laws" on the books that thumb their noses at state law.

    I'd be surprised if Pittsburgh is swayed by the law on this matter.

    Pittsburgh hasn't had a Republican mayor since 1933, and the current party registration ratio is 5 to 1 Democrat. It's a shame really, I enjoy visiting the city; but I despise the politics.

    So once it passes, and we all know it will, will someone actually have to suffer from the law to get standing for a lawsuit to get rid of the law or what? I honestly don't law smart.
