So am I but got busted in Avalon. 2 grams of pot for a misdemeaor, like I said a long time ago. Just got my ltcf last year so maybe the time frame from back then mattered but the max sentance did not apply. No where near the two year incarceration. Just bail and court date and $250 and on my way. The wording in the ltcf application is very confusing about controlled substances but realized I was in the clear. Hope you don't live in that county where they want proof of earnings bullshit. Good luck.
