anyone know what the rules are for concealed carry at the bloomsburg fair this year?

I searched the web site and didn't find any restrictions, but that may be posted at the gate instead.

If you go, get some pizza from Denny & Pearl's. We've traveled to 4 fairs, plus 4.5 hours to their Winter shop in Nescopeck. It's that good. You won't see less than 20 people in line even if they have both trucks there.

Always been legal. I've carried there anytime I've gone.

I think the people who run the fair are firearms friendly, they have that outdoors sport show every year. Besides if you're carrying concealed who's going to know, unless your weapon is printing.

There was a big to do a few years ago about the Fair not allowing concealed carry. It is private property, not owned by the town of Bloomsburg. Enough people made a stink about it and I believe they re-thought their policy. It's allowed as far as I've heard.

I also heard they will have armed security there this year.

Be careful how you have your holster adjusted. Many of the rotating rides squish you to the outside, against your pistol. It hurts and bruises.

Went last weekend (CC), saw their pizza truck and remembered this comment. It was really good pizza and great lemonade too. Thanks for the tip

And they checked bags at the entrance but that seemed to be it. I enjoyed my once-a-year Peachy Paterno ice cream

I get sick from the food every year...
I only have:

1 gyro
1 top of the beef sandwich
1 LG. fried veggies
1 LG. bucket cheese fries
1 glass birtch beer
1 funnel cake!!!

It's the greasy funnel cake. Next time try something like ice cream!
