Parker Hale 1200 .300 Win Mag question
Well my google -fu is weak lately. Trying to find, for a friend, scope mounts for this rifle (all he told me was that it is a Parker Hale 1200. This is a rifle he got from his grandfather. Right now he is out of adjustment, shoots way low and he says it looks like it has a downward slant (makes sense). He is going to bring it to me so we can do some measurements to get the correct mounts. Once he brings it in I can look at it and see, maybe will take standard everyday mounts with a taller one in the front to level the scope out.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. I found some references to BA22, BA28 and RAL S3 mounts so I still have to investigate them.Ron USAF Ret E-8 FFL01/SOT3 NRA Benefactor Member

I'd start with trying any set of large ring mauser mounts.
