It's a bit far out of my way for a small gun show, but maybe.

    Willtallica,
Leesport isn't really that far. It has to be better than the 2 recent ones in Hamburg and Lebanon. They were supposed to be 175 or 200 table shows, but I don't think they got even half of their vendors. The promoter had a handfull of excuses for the low turnouts, but excuses don't make a good show. I picked up one of their schedules hoping they might have better shows coming up. I just looked for their web site and it couldn't be found. I'm not going to be discouraged by those two, in fact I feel a need to get to a gun show, even if it's small, it has to be better. The one in Leesport is by a different promoter, they're actually advertising in time to get a decent turnout. It's only about an hour from Lebanon, I think I want to check it out. (Maybe I should check out my wallet first, after 2 duds I might go on a binge).

Go to Leesport, and hit Cabelas on the way home. It's worth the trip that way.

    Cabellas, yeah!
It's sounding better all the time.
In an effort to be fair to the promoters of the Lebanon and Hamburg shows, I searched their company name. I guess I need new glasses. Their web site is:
    http://www.comtgt.info
I was entering .com, not .info.
I'm not advertising for them, just trying to correct a mistake that I made that might make them look bad.
If a mod or administrator wants to edit or remove one or both posts, that's fine, I won't be offended, I just don't want to make someone look any worse by my own inability to pay attention.

Last time I was at a Leesport show, I was impressed how much they packed into a small space.

The room at Leesport will hold approx. 175 eight foot tables max. - This upcoming March 10/11th show should have approx 160+ tables covered as usual.

This show always has a good mix of merchandise and prices.

Me too, Keystone Joe Manazza (Keystone Arms) is almost always in attendance, he always has a good table...so does Rick from up in Frackville..

Hope the ammo guys have good deals, or at least a lot of ammo....

    Still on for Sunday myself.

Milsurp type ammo is getting hard to find at truely great prices anymore.

"Wolf 7.62x39mm" has almost doubled in price since last year. Their 9mm pistol ammo is almost the price of US made, etc.

PS - I just talked with the Show's Promoter. The show is sold out for tables. Stop by if you live in the area and or your driving down to the Valley Forge show.
