One more reason to stay single.

PFAs remind me of the Do Not Fly List. No due process for the accused. The smell of suspicion by someone important can deprive you of your rights. This is becoming a scarier and scarier country.

I have no problem with a temporarily loss of gun, but as others have said, at some point there has to be some due process involved.

You should not have the right to bear arms if you are currently serving a sentence for a crime for which you were found guilty. When the sentence is over, you should get your gun rights back.

If the court determines that you are too dangerous to be allowed to have guns, then they should not let you out of jail for your crime. If they think you have served your term and justice is done, then they should restore your gun rights.

If part of your sentence from a court of law is a restraining order, then you should get your gun rights back when the order is lifted.
