Having lived there for two years, nothing would surprise me. It's a US Territory obviously, but it ain't Kansas ! If you are a "yankee" ( mainland us citizen ) you are not well accepted until you "prove" yourself. Definitely a little "paradise" mixed with wtf is going on here! My daughter was born there so she is a citizen - maybe I'll send her back to become Governor and clean the place up - lol. When I lived there I was always very careful if I carried.
