Re: US Virgin Islands Seizing Guns
Since we're on the topic of conspiracy theories; a part of me believes that this operation is to test the National Guards ability to carry out civilian disarmament; and to see how it can be applied to the mainland states as well. After all, that's what George Soros and his ilk ultimately want to achieve, and they are willing to use military force if necessary IMO. Hurricane Katrina was essentially the first test run, and that was over 10 years ago. Maybe they need to have more confiscation operations such as this, so they can review the effectiveness of the National Guards ability to carry out civilian disarmament.

Right.
You're not supposed to know about these kinds of operations.
You wouldn't know about them except some years back the Iranian president, Ahmadinnerjacket, revealed to the world the existence of George Bush's Earthquake Machine.
If you have been paying close attention, the U.S. barely leads in weather manipulation. The Chinese Hurricane Machines are closing the weather-gap quickly.Crusader's local #556 South Central Asia chapter

Re: US Virgin Islands Seizing Guns
From what I've read, the U.S. Virgin islands are a territory and governed by a legal instrument called an Organic Act and not subject to the U.S. Constitution. Their version of a constitution is the 1954 Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands. It includes a bill of rights.. The Bill of Rights does NOT include an equivalent U.S. 2nd Amendment. There is a government restriction on search and seizure without due process, but this is apparently legally superseded by emergency EO. There were several attempts to draft an actual Constitution, the last being the Fifth Constitutional Convention in 2009 which was approved by the government of the USVI but must be ultimately approved by the US Congress where it failed for a variety of reasons (unrelated to any 2A issue).
