Secure scene. Call 911 saying you were the victim of a deadly attack and someone has been shot in self defense. Holster or drop gun before cops arrive. Inform them you were the one who called and are the victim. Say you will cooperate fully after you've consulted w legal counsel.

I have a pdf of the constitution on my iPhone.

    I'll show the cops that.

I would check to see how well I grouped my shots.
I heard it on the Internet, it must be true.

Leaning over and checking the group is OK, touching the body is not advisable.
I see stupid people, they're everywhere, they don't even know they're stupid

    Now what?
Get the car off the street (driving to work with blood splattered all over the back window is going to get you pulled over.

    Call Marcellus Wallace

Wait for return call and instructions from Mr Wolf

Load body into trunk, and clean out the car for disposal at Monster Joe's salvage yard.

    Call 911

Request an ambulance, and that there has been an injury. Mention nothing about gunshots, or stabbings, or stuff

Holster pistol and put a safe distance from you and the bad guy.

    Patiently await ambulance.

Get medical treatment when ambulance gets there, and say nothing regarding events... Only things related to my injuries.

    Say nothing to police

    Wait for later

    Rinse, lather, repeat.
