    Have a boat? Keep it at a dock in the PRNJ? Purchase fuel at a fuel dock? Pay that exorbitant marine fuel tax? Guess where that money goes.

    Not anything boating-related. General fund. That way the crime-ridden losers in the northern part of the PRNJ get first dibs.
