We went to see a property yesterday in Owigsburg, PA (about 7 miles north of Cabelas off Rte 78) and spent some time driving through the town.

Imagine our delight to discover "Shakey's Gun Shop" at 202 E. Market Street, Orwigsburg, PA 17961.

Joshua runs the place and although we didn't purchase anything (this time), we really enjoyed the discovery process of finding a shop stacked to the gills with just about everything you could imagine. Looking for a Beretta .25 mouse gun? It's here. Looking for a Wilson Combat at a reasonable used price? It's here. So is the Ruger Old Army - the best black powder revolver on the planet - which for some days, shoots better for us than our Wilson's. All kinds of rifles and shotguns on the behind the counter wall racks. Reloading dies? Lots of used stuff in nearly "brand-spanking new" condition.

If you're ever in the area or stopping by Cabelas, you'd be crazy to miss the short drive further up the mountain to this local shop.

Anyone know if shakeys will let me send two guns to them and pay one transfer fee? I know some shops will let you do up to three on one ffl transfer. Too early to call and I’m itching to order some toys. Thanks guys!
