My new Glock 43
Please Note: The poster was issued an infraction for this post.
Own a Glock 42 and upgraded to the Glock 43 for my concealed carry weapon. My father is a Philadelphia police officer and told me to drop the little 380 and go with the 9mm so I did. Traded my Glock 42 and paid the difference for the Glock 43.
Here's my baby, stays on my night stand at night and on my hip all day.

Re: My new Glock 43
I agree that .380 is marginal, 9mm is much better, and I too carry a 43 daily.
Might want to consider a double stack model for home defense though. More ammo on hand is never a bad thing.

Strong first post.
As long as you can shoot accurately, it's a great move. Don't take your father's or anyone else's word on what you should carry and shoot though, you need to be comfortable and effective with whatever you choose. Buying a gun is like trying on shoes, only you know if it fits your hand and abilities.Galations 6:9...And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.
