    Default Teal

Okay, so my daughter wants a pistol for her 21st birthday, which is coming up in April. I told her that as long as she gets her LTCF, I'm fine with it. Now, I'm thinking she'll want something small, in .380 or 9mm, but no, she wants the firearm (whatever it is) to be teal (her favorite color) as the first consideration. Aside from aftermarket refinishing, who out there makes firearms where the finish is teal, either in part or in whole? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Not my cup of tea but the teal color on the new Glock 43s are appealing for the ladys and do look good.

I believe that Ruger made the LCP 9 MM in teal.

There is also a Charter Arms .38 SPL. Kimber had the Micro Belair. Kahr had the PM 9 and S&W had the M&P Sheild in 9 MM. Ruger also had the LCP in .380.

SCCY CPX-1, CPX-2 They're DAO pistols with an internal hammer. The CPX-1 has a safety, the CPX-2 does not.

Ruger has their LC9 in teal, only available through GalleryOfGuns (currently out of stock).

I generally don't look at plastic guns in any color that I find in the kids' toy box so I'm not much help beyond the above. We have a rule in our house - no toy guns that look like real guns, no real guns that look like toys. This would fall into the real looking like a toy category.

The SCCY pistols come in a plethora of colors, but I do not know if teal is one of them.

Ahh, the Tiffany look. My 22 yo daughter likes them too. Higher end the Kimber is pretty nice. Lower end as mentioned the SCCY. Good luck!
