    Default Neighbors dogs

So simple question/concern. I tried to do some google searchs but wasn't coming up with real answers here. My neighbor has 2 dogs. One is a German Shepard, friendly dog and minds it's own business. The second however is a very aggressive Rottweiler, young very interested in everything.

She keeps neither on a leash and let's both roam free of the parking lot. ( this is in an apartment complex) Half the time the owner isn't anywhere to be seen. Police don't care. Animal control only wants to see paper work of the dogs then leaves.

I have 2 young kids so it makes me nervous when they are out. Even just to walk to the car in constantly watching my back for that very curious dog. I don't know what else to do.
If the Internet says it, then it must be true.

buy a box of milk bones and try to have the dog like you.

i would continue to provide him food every time you see him.

The day he is out and about and the dogs run up to him expecting their treats, and he has none they may attack him.

Fuck that, is the dog named Tony Soprano?

OP, not much you can do other than keep an eye on it, and a close eye on your kids. If it attacks or threatens to attack, arrange the meeting between it and Jesus.

The first place I would go would be to the complex manager's office and advise them of the dangerous situation. It's not their dog and I doubt that they would want to be named in any resulting law suits.

First place I would go is looking for a house in the country, and get away from the apartment scene!
