Just moved to PA - need a range
Just moved to Royersford from the hell that is NJ. Can anyone recommend a decent indoor range nearby? Most of what I see are clubs where I have to go to a meeting on the second Tuesday, when there is a waxing gibbus and Nancy Pelosi's mouth stops moving. Also need sponsors in the private places and I don't know anyone in the area yet. Thank you! If nothing else, you have another pro-2a vote as well.

Re: Just moved to PA - need a range
Welcome, we can always use another pro 2a voter. Sadly the one indoor commercial range not too far away (4 mi) just closed at the end of the year and the equipment is being moved to the a location ( https://www.kingshooters.com/ ) another 10 miles away on the other side of King of Prussia and we do not have an opening time that I am aware of yet.
Someone with a bit more local knowledge will be along shortly, but hopefully you can find a friend or two among the locals to get you into, or at least on the waiting list in some cases, for a closer shooting place.Illegitimus non carborundum est

Classic Pistol in Southampton.
Clayton’s in Horsham, you know, as long as you do not mind being treated like dogshit by a fat, lazy turd on a stool behind the counter.

I've never been there so I can't tell you anything bout them but others here may be able to help you out. If nothing else you can go check them out. Sensibly armed up near Reading.

LOL I actually have worked in Horsham for years and am aware of Clayton's. Went in their once to look around. Never went back. Total jackoffs. The other one is GTC. I've been there a few times and didn't have a problem, but I read the entire thread here and saw the BS on FaceBoob, so they will not get any of my money again.

Classic Pistol or Target World.
If you want to shoot outdoors I recommend University Rifle Club about 30 minutes from your area.
It's a nice range and worth going through the hassle to join.
Go to the orientation and they will look you over and sponsor you if you're not a nutjob. How can you have any cookies if you don't drink your milk?
