I see my name got dragged into the foolishness. I thought about posting but figured it would bring nothing but annoyance. I love the fake profile that said he caught infractions for pro-police posting. I guess my thin-blue-line overlay wasn't sufficient to indicate my former profession.

Seems as though he's moving into the realm of slander now.

It's really quite sad. He created all those sock puppet accounts here in an attempt to fight what he thought was a character assassination of his business, but apparently he has no problem engaging in what he accused others of doing.

Imagine how well it would have gone for him if he had instead apologized and offered a discount to an unhappy customer. Some folks understand how to run a business, some don't. He's poisoned this well and many will refuse to go there now that would have otherwise. He's fortunate this is in the lounge now and won't pop up in searches.
