First they came for the less than stellar online reviewers, and I did not speak out, because I was not a less than stellar online reviewer.
Then they came for the forum discussion participants, and I did not speak out, because I was not a forum discussion participant.
Then they came for the forum moderator, and I did not speak out, because I was not a forum moderator.
Then they came for me, and there was no one left to speak for me.

Lol, I'll look past that and won't hold it against you! You probably graduated the same year as me or 1 year behind based on your age.

I'm a little biased though since I work there.
Were you working the range Saturday morning at 9?

The facilities were state of the art. The RSO's I met were friendly and professional. I did not, however, meet the owner of GTC. I can't speak from experience on how he is to deal with.

Clayton's, Classic Pistol, Ready Aim Fire (RAF) are good places to practice the fundamentals. I've developed positive relationships with the people at those ranges as well. The problem for me is that, in general, they don't want you drawing from a holster, and they don't have the facilities to practice shooting on the move.

If anyone knows of a better range than GTC, I welcome your suggestions. But, until a better option presents itself, I'll continue to take advantage of their services.

My experience is what it is. I've not exaggerated nor withheld anything. If you have had a different experience, I respect your right to share it.
As far as I know they are the only range in the area that one can do that.

Probably the reason they toss idiots out of the place.

Never shot there but have made multiple purchases, never a problem.

Ahh Berncly....yes, yes I remember him well.....a less than stellar online reviewer and you might think that was a bad thing but no,,, no Berncly would not brag about it...but we knew the joy he felt when call "that less than stellar internet reviewer".

Now we know they came for him yesterday but he was not home....so I wanted to speak for him and say, "Hey, they all fell out of the boat and are gone.....gone away.

I also appreciate you disclosing the fact that you represent Target World, one of GTC's competitors.
Its my pleasure. And I would like to think that in the Bucks/Mont area were probably GTC's primary competitor range quality wise. Our range equipment is only 2-3 years old, if even that. Its also not entirely shot up.

Oh, by the way, I don't have any authority to represent TW in these matters so any opinions I give out are my own alone.

And, it's the only place (that I know of) were a person can get qualified to work from a holster without having to jump through a bunch of hoops. You just have to demonstrate to the RSO that you can safely draw and re-holster your weapon. That's it. No mandatory coursework. No need to start out with a 22LR pistol before moving on to larger calibers (9 mm, 45 ACP, etc).

I've been there a few times for range use and gone to one of there shoot house events. The people were overall friendly but I cant say one way or another for everyone else I'm going to head there next week and see if things have changed. Overall as a shop, range, and facility it's probably the best in the area.

I have been there..nice range but some of the folks that work there have to remember that everyone who comes in can be a repeat customer or never come back...
