The other BS bills like this that I've seen exempt honorably discharged veterans but this one limits it to retired veterans.

Let them pass this for Chicago first as a test, and if it's successful there, we can implement it here.

no biggy, i got the email this morning and saw "firearms" knew it wouldn't be good, by the time i got on here there was already a topic.
although typically at this point, unless a little fire(money) is behind a bill, it won't succeed.
