Key bank OC: "That man over there has a gun."

Today I went into my local key bank. On the way in this little old lady stood there and held the door for me. It was raining and she was already under the roof. I said thanks and held the second door for her. She then walked up to the first open teller in the middle of the counter. I went to the far right teller. Then I hear the following.

Old lady: That man over there has a gun.

Her Teller: That ok he's one of the good guys. XXX is a cop.

Old lady: Why doesn't he have on cop clothes?

Her teller: I am sure he has a license to carry.

Old lady: Well I don't like it!

At this point I decided I had to chime in.

Me: Guns don't hurt people, people hurt people.
(then I noticed her shirt sleeve said NY something or other
I knew she was complete snow flake.)

Her teller: That's right people hurt people not guns.

Old lady: Well I don't like it.

My teller counted out my money and I left the snow flake to melt at the counter. If she were younger I just might have gave her a piece of my mind. I didn't want her to stroke out so I kept cool and walked out.

I was OCing my G19 in a Serpa holster. While I don't like Key bank they have never once complained about my OC. I then went to Wells Fargo and made my deposit in the drive through. I also OC in Wells Fargo and they have never complained either. I will soon be done with Key bank because they have stupid rules like charging you for using another banks ATM.

Any kind of negative response heard by others only makes gun owners look bad. The officer in the incident maintained decorum, and anyone witnessing it would have had nothing to complain about his explanation.
