It's impossible for 1911's to rattle, they're perfect. That's why you can carry them in Condition Naught.

I was wondering that. Try it hammer down. Now look at the fit and push and pull up down side to side. It should not be very much slop when new but you want some if your going to carry it and not clean and lube it all the time. Competition is different. Collector safe queens are different. And they cost a lot more too.
