Just got through with another form1 submitted with the help of the bunker guys. Prints and photo all done in house, effortless as usual! Anyone looking for a full service one stop shop, the bunker is it.

I purchased a used Steyr Aug stock from them on GunBroker. They said it was in perfect condition. The stock arrived with a hairline crack. I contacted them and asked to return the stock. They refused my return and accused me of trying to cheat them in some way. I contacted my credit card company and am letting them handle it from here.

You can see my full review with pictures on Yelp and Google if you're interested. The pictures show the stock was cracked before they sent it.

They reported my emails to them asking for a return to Amazon AWS as spam (just weird) and left this dishonest review for me on GunBroker:

F! WORST DEALER EVER in 10 years! Rude and unreasonable dealer. We did everything to many her happy, but nothing worked. She said she will keep the item and do a chargeback. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HER

Why are they referring to me as a woman? Why are they so angry? What is that about?

They seem really off-kilter and angry to me. I definitely would not be comfortable buying a gun from them. Maybe your options are limited in PA?
