The 320 is decent gun.....probably better than most , but Sig Customer Service can be so horrible that it makes all the difference.

Hell, I had kimber fix guns twice within a couple weeks and Sig never ever fixed anything.

I don't dislike SIG they made my favorite pistol round and the most pistols chambered in it. I dislike the way they handled this whole deal, how they potentially put their customers in danger from a flaw they obviously knew about for a while as well as their lying about it. I really don't care if you or anyone else don't like hearing my opinion on it either.
I can say the same for you... you got nothing as well. Call it even.

I do agree with you. There handling of the entire problem is appalling. We will see what the "Voluntary Upgrade program" is on Monday. If it costs me money, I will not be happy.

I just filled out my online form. Looks like it will take a few weeks for Sig to send me instructions and a return label. Then they say it will take 4-6 weeks to get back once they receive my gun.

I'm glad Sig is stepping up big time.
I filled out my return info as well this morning.
It will take a while, but it will get done.

does anyone have an "upgraded" p320? I'm just curious how Sig's fix has effected the pistol.

From what I have gathered, no one has received a shipping label yet.

According to the guys at Tanners, all of their new, unsold P320s have already been sent back, "upgraded", and returned.
It appears that Sig is servicing all of the dealers and distributors first, us little people will come at the end.
