Default Dallas Police stop carrying Sig P320

This morning going thru my e-mails came across this story on TFB, The Firearm Blog. Dallas Police ordered all officers can no longer carry P320 until safety issue resolved by Sig. Turns out in the manual it states firearm may fire if dropped. Keep the chamber empty unless actually firing. They can return to P226 and qualify or another dept. approved firearm and qualify. This is a dept. recall not Sig, that is term being used, recall. Overreaction by Dallas Police ? Cant believe someone just noticed this and this was the Depts. reaction. I tried posting link, unsuccessfully.
