Its extremely easy here, despite the fact that we have a Democratic Sheriff. When it was required he even had no issues signing off on NFA items. It was by appointment only but it was a huge plus that he would do it so u didn't have to go the other route, the previous Sheriff wouldn't sign off on any ATF forms. This Sheriff is extremely pro 2A.

Dude, find one of the good counties, Lancaster is around 15 minutes

Know it well, in an industrial area, lots of abandoned warehouses. Not bad to get to. One of my daughters used to work for the SPCA. Not much of a parking problem, either.
