Bersa Thunder .380 it always works for me.

Bersa Guns & Glock Guns IMO are the most reliable guns

    My Security-Six purchased new in 78, now semi-retired. My 4" GP-100 that replaced the 6" Security-Six in 2004...

I have a few that have NEVER had a malfunction...

    1. G17c with the Glock barrel and the LW threaded barrel
    2. G17L (used)
    3. M&P9
    4.M&P9c
    5. GP100 stainless
    6. Blackhawk
    7. 442

I can't say the above about my Taurus 24/7 (traded), G23 (traded). Both were .40 guns. weird.

So far I would say my CZ 75. Never had an issue. Although recently decided to see just how reliable it really is. I stopped cleaning it quite a few range sessions ago. Not even a pass with the bore snake. Between me and my wife the 75 usually sees around 400 rounds or more per week. Well it was about two weeks ago near the end of my weekly session that I finally got a double feed. Was then time for a thorough cleaning. Round count during not cleaning it was near 4k. Was still accurate as ever to boot.

I'd say that counts as reliable. Although my new to me S&W 10-6 will probably surpass it in lifelong reliability.
