I'm sorry I am new to this whole gun thing. Could someone remind me why we need a permit to carry a gun concealed or open within a school zone or during a SOE or in a conveyance or at all? What's so magical about a shirt or pant leg or other garment covering a gun? Also that guy that was open carrying but was charged for turning his body so the gun couldn't be readily seen? Also school zones are everywhere. SOE's last for 3 months in winter.
