Definition of "Concealed CaRRY"
Hi Folks.
I am a recent trans-plant from Florida. I was Uncle Sams "Go-Fer" in the late 50's, & I was a member of NYPD back in the 60's & 70's.
I just received my Pa. LTCF permit, but must admit to Much Confusion regarding what constitutes
"Concealed" under the Pa. Penal Law.
Any info will be appreciated.

Re: Definition of "Concealed CaRRY"
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

"There is no legal definition, so you should stick with the dictionary definition. Concealed means hidden from plain view. "
And so you know, if you have a ltcf..... that does not mean you have to conceal carry, you can open carry if you so choose.
Also it does not give you the right to "limb" someone.

I'm sure more than one ex-NYPDer did a double take when he/she first spotted a Pennsylvania OCer.

Re: Definition of "Concealed CaRRY"
As a former New Yorker, and more recently a former Floridian, welcome to Freedom. Here one can get a License to Carry Firearms, unlike New York City, and there's no training requirement, unlike Florida, and it's only twenty bucks, on a one-page application, with no interviews (except Philadelphia), no detailed, in-depth reason requirement, no list of hanguns, no psych evaluation, no physical exam, no blood sample, no nothing.
