CLAIM: Open carry not permitted if possessing LTCF

The gun store owner gave "legal" advice to prevent someone from breaking the law, NOT to break the law, regardless of the validity.

This is like a sheriff who gladly wants everyone non-prohibited to have an LTCF, but tells the applicant that they can't OC after obtaining the LTCF.

Comical maybe, but sad?

This is not the same as when the engineers told NASA NOT to launch that one space shuttle on that very cold day in January.

When I get free legal advice, I usually consider how much I paid for that advice before I rely heavily on it.
