Shield vs G19 holsters

39flathead made a good statement in the necrothread (asking whether people would switch from a G19 to a Shield) on holster selection.

My question is what holsters do you use for your Shields?
Might as well ask the comparison with what holsters do you use with the G19s?

Does anyone use the same make or style for both or do you shuffle around your drawer full of holsters hoping something fits and works?

I'm just here for info on Shield holsters since I will be needing one or two.
The Glock can stay in the bedroom where it belongs - out of view of society. Nobody should be exposed to that sort of ugly.

I use a Phlster AIWB for both my glock 19 and glock 43. When I owned a shield I skimped and bought a blade tech AIWB and wished I'd stuck with Phlster.

Owner of Shields 9mm and 45 also Glock 19s The holsters I use for both guns fitting both are the DeSantis mini-slide and the Scabbard depending on whick gun it only take a turn of the retention screw and carry these firearms secureley !

I picked one up from everyday holsters and love it. Thing is awesome. I'd also give c&g a go. I have one for my 320 and my 19 and love them

The same Crossbreed for a G26 and G19.
Any similar holster with a leather backing that will form to your exact body shape and that can be adjusted in multiple directions should accomplish the same thing.

I found what I thought was a deal on two kydex holsters for the P290 I just bought and without the leather backing the one holster is literally garbage imo as there is no way I can carry any gun in a holster like that.
It has no way of forming to my waist and therefore is destined for the trash.

What this adds to the conversation I don't know, except that a cheap kydex holster isn't going to be comfortable for anyone carrying any gun.

For my G19 I use a Crossbreed Super Slide OWB holster and absolutely love it. I'm fat and can easily conceal it underneath a t-shirt and not print.

For my Shield 9 I have an Outbags Pancake holster and an Outbags IWB holster which has the neoprene on the inside that contacts the skin. I haven't used the IWB holster yet as I love the pancake holster too much.
