What were the markings on envelope?

My first rebate came a month ago,almost thru it out and when I opened it the check does not look like a normal sized check so dont throw out your crap mail till you have identified it !

What gives me a little bit of comfort, is a thread running at Smith-Wessonforum.com where folks are indicating a very long interval between when Milano states the rebate was shipped and when it was actually rec'd.

Here is one such comment -

"Received my $75 rebate check today (8/3), after they said it was shipped July 20th.?"

So, with my rebate 'shipped' on 7/28, it is likely that I have actually not rec'd. it yet.

UPDATE ! 2ND rebate filed 06/09/17 for the 45 Shield recieved a check today in the amount of $.00 ! WTF,something is not right with S&W I will have to wait after vacation to resolve their mistake ! over two months just to get a nothing check I call B S ! Did anyone elese purchase two shields and have any issues ? Rebate programs suck as this is my last rebate scam I will get into !

I filed electronically on May 2. Because there was no confirmation of any kind, I sent the info by snail mail. Milano showed receipt of my information fairly fast and later stated the rebate shipped on July 14. I received it August 2. No more S&W rebate programs for me. When I was looking for someone to explain where the check was b/w 7/14 and 8/2, I made some calls. First, I called S&W customer service. All I got was an electronic voice telling me to contact Milano. I then called Milano and got another electronic voice. That voice said I'd be forwarded to voice mail. When I connected with Milano voice mail, another electronic voice said the mail box was full and "please hang up."

I mailed my rebate form on 05/31 and received my check on 08/10.

I just got my check today. Its after midnight so yesterday. Never did show up on milano site. Only shows some m&p mags from a few years ago in another smith and wesson deal that took forever. I really gave up hope on this one. Now my shield was $199.00. Best deal ever for me.
