My supressor stamp from my May 2016 purchase finally came in. Along with my Form 1 from two months ago:

Form 1 from 2 months ago?! Oh boy, I'm getting a little excited. I have a couple pending (all accepted May 1).

I got my 10-month-long form 1 2 months ago. Form 1 was about 2 months faster than the Form 4.

Griffin Armament Optimus... hoping to take it out later this week!

Don't get too excited you still have a long time to go to get to 5/1/17 since their up to 12 months to approve form 1/4's

Just got my form1 from 7/7/16 on 7/8/17. My buddy just got his form 4suppressor from 6/20/16 on 7/5/17

I've tried my Optimus on several hosts so far. My SBR in both 300BO 8.3" and 5.56mm 10.5" in the full size configuration, and on my S&W M&P 22 Compact and HK VP9. On the M&P it sounds like a loud cap gun. At the range, I could probably get away with rapid fire with no one even noticing! The 9mm sounds like a 22 (I shoot 147 grain subsonic rounds). The 300BO subsonic is still a bang, but I can keep my eyes on the target through the red dot without blinking which is pretty amazing. For the 5.56mm, it's still loud, but nothing like the 3 foot fireball that comes out without. Every time I shot the 10.5" 5.56mm unsurpressed, everyone would look to see what the cannon sound was coming from my lane. That gets tamed down the most, albeit still not hearing safe.

Statement of the obvious, but with the SBR rounds, especially 5.56, it gets very hot very quickly!

A bath in my "new" ultrasonic cleaner, and it looks as good as new.

Overall, I'm impressed. I want to get the mid-size shield from Griffin Armament as soon as they re-stock. I have the minimalist taper mount on both SBR barrels, so I can use the mid-size configuration. I may pick up an A2 mount as well for those "other" occasions I want to suppress anyone with the standard that most people have.
