Depends on who built the runway they need to land on and if they know that persons name.
Let's not forget there are still species of tropical penguins living in the Galapagos.

We shouldn't be flying planes with all these modern day safety features on them, Orville and Wilber never intended planes to have such features.

Orville and Wilber also, probably, never intended to have their invention flown into the twin towns and the Pentagon either.

If they were smarter they would have installed a building avoidance system into their prototype and then that wouldn't have happened.

Yes, hunter of men was the job, for some. Long before terrorism/counter terr operations were buzzwords like it is today.
I haven't seen that photo of you and Mr. WerBell in years. Thanks for the walk down memory lane, you manhunter you.
Since you knew him (and I did not) did he ever tell you about the time he provided the suppressors for the JFK assassination?

Loved the blue leisure suit as well. Pure 8track-flashback.
    Stayin' alive, stayin alive.

Anyway, sorry you're all wrapped around the axle about my uneducated opinion.
I think only an unrepentant knot head would carry a 1911 type pistol that way.

It was fine back in 1930's Shanghai when the giants of the era (whom you keep linking yourself to) were on the cutting edge of gunfighter derring-do. Today, not so much.
A common sense approach would be to arm yourself with a modern handgun designed without a manually applied safety device (there are scads of them).

You have proof he did? I wasn't aware that had been established anywhere in the chronicles of he Warren Commission.. His background as a spook in ww2 with the OSS meant there was no kiss and tell, and it would have been in very poor taste to ask.

I carry a shield 45 or glock of some flavor most days currently. Does that meet with your approval
