Re: Keystone Shooting Center??
This place is easily the nicest range I've ever been to. I hope business booms for them. It's a 21st century store and range and it's refreshing. I bet overhead is much higher than run of the mill ranges, so I hope they get the traffic they need to stay in business long term.
In the range, they had a staff member who constantly policed the brass if you weren't collecting it yourself. That was a nice touch.
Other nice touches include the sticky mats outside the range to take lead off the bottom of your shoes, and a hand washing station. Incidentally, those are the same sticky mats we use at the nuke plant to keep people from tracking contamination everywhere.
In the range, the stalls are wider than I'm used to and have plenty of room for your gear. There are no tables behind you so you don't have to worry about some dumbass accidentally shooting you in the back.
I'll definitely be back.

Re: Keystone Shooting Center??
I have been to Keystone multiple times this year. The staff are always friendly. They always are attentive. The firing range is well kept constantly and there are people to help. Even the layout of the place is clean and tidy. I purchased one firearm there, and I can say that they are not giving discounts. They charge the premium price for their guns for the privelege. Nevertheless, it is likely because they are trying to run a premium location.
I have found it hard to find a gun club who has open membership in Allegheny county, but you can always get range time at Keystone.

Re: Keystone Shooting Center??
I've had the opportunity to stop in to Keystone once now, decided to shoot my AR while I was there instead of going over to Wexford SGL before work like I had planned. It's a nice place but I can't justify ~$500/yr for range membership, and I don't think they'd consider private security enough to qualify for a Freedom Membership

Re: Keystone Shooting Center??
I became a member there last December and after considering a couple other indoor gun ranges, I renewed my membership there for another year. KSC is the nicest range and offer a military Veteran discount on membership.

Nice photo Dave
I have also been a member at Keystone since December 2017, I just renewed my Keystone membership earlier this month. Considered INPAX too, but decided to stick with Keystone.
Between Keystone and PMSC, I'm good to go for ranges.Tomorrow's battle is won during today's practice.
