    Tyman44,

Thank you for the reply, looking forward to Keystone Shooting Center opening.
I have a handful of friends that are also looking forward to your range opening up.

We completed all of our engineering and site plan work and received Planning Commission approval on 4/4 of this year and received approval by the Board of Supervisors on May 21st. We are moving dirt. We have been moving very quickly to open by November 15th, weather permitting (pray for no heavy June rains). We are currently in the gun business and own Keystone Armory in Edinboro, PA. I encourage you to verify any of this info by going onto the Marshall TWP website and by driving by 925 Sheraton Drive in Mars, PA. We have been moving VERY QUICKLY to bring a great facility to Pittsburgh.

In short order, the renderings you see are the REAL deal and this is what is being built. If you have any questions feel free to direct them to me and I'm happy to answer them. We are very happy to be opening Pittsburgh's first 5 star indoor shooting range.
Thanks for clearing that up sir. Looking forward to checking the place out and wish you the best of luck.

I also can't wait to check this out. I am sure this is a huge undertaking.

Tyman44 I know it is very early in the process but, what prices have been toss around? Memberships?

    Thank You

We will have 2 tiers of membership with various benefits, plus corporate memberships. Without giving an exact number as we haven't finalized, I will say that the range will be affordable for all of us shooters and that both tiers of memberships will have unlimited shooting with the ability to make a reservation in advance (most likely for an hour time slot). You will be able to shoot as many times as you like. We won't be the cheapest as we are building a nice range that is environmentally friendly for shooters and staff, but I think memberships will be in the $35-$40 per month range for the non premium memberships. We have tried to balance price with comfort and having a world class range in Pittsburgh. Hopefully this helps. Thanks for the question.

These guys appear to be moving pretty fast! Looks like the walls are going up and we will have a place to shoot this winter.

If it is located at 925 Sheraton Drive, that's just down the road from me.

Keeping my eye on Keystone Shooting Center. Myself and a handful of friends have hopes that the range rules meet our needs, if so we plan to purchase some memberships.

Like I posted earlier, it will just depend on how its run... been to many different ranges across the country and have found the Pittsburgh area really lacking in ranges for "defensive pistol shooters". Heck, I was just in Columbus Ohio on a couple of trips earlier this year - found 4 great indoor ranges surrounding Columbus.

Columbus Ohio - who would have thought....

Also keeping an eye on the INPAX range that is coming.

    Orive,

I'm not sure we will do everything perfectly, at least not in the beginning, but I can assure you we will always listen to our customers and are receptive to feedback. We want to provide an entirely unique experience when it comes to shooting. I am accessible so please email me when you come in as I'd be interested in feedback from a discerning customer.

    My email is ty@keystoneshootingcenter.com
